Non - custom orders are ready to ship.

For a full refund, please return your item after 21 days of receipt.

 Item must be returned in unworn condition and must be sent in original packaging.

All our parcels are sent with tracking. Please contact Australia post if your parcel hasn't arrived on time. I am happy to help you contact them.

All Charms and Rhinestones are strongly secured, but rough use may result to damage.

Use a microfibre cloth to clean the lens.

For more thorough cleaning, rinse your sunnies under lukewarm water then gently wipe down the frames.
