There are no refunds or exchanges for any custom orders.
Please allow upto 2 weeks for your order to be completed and get shipped.
Rush orders ships in 3 to 5 business days.
Please note this excludes postage time which will vary depending on the method selected.
NON - CUSTOM ORDERS
Non - custom orders are ready to ship.
For a full refund, please return your item after 21 days of receipt.
Item must be returned in unworn condition and must be sent in original packaging.
All our parcels are sent with tracking. Please contact Australia post if your parcel hasn't arrived on time. I am happy to help you contact them.

For more thorough cleaning, rinse your sunnies under lukewarm water then gently wipe down the frames.
